Antici................pation


SLOW DOWN SUMMER...I wish that June had about 40 days.
Well, now that July is here, I eagerly await the forthcoming AP scores. I hope that they are as lofty as the Regents grades were. The word from the graders @ Clemson University was that the cutoff for a 5 was even higher this year than last year because the average score per Part II questions was relatively high.

You may call the ETS for your scores tomorrow, 07/01/06, ($10) or they will arrive in the mail within the next ten days (most likely).

The new circle of AP life begins soon as I will mail out the summer assignment letters within the next two weeks. Lots of stuff to reinforce and some new info to learn.

Thanks to those of you who have told me your Chem SAT II scores! So far, we are all above 700 and mostly in the 720 to 740 range. That is great especially for first year chem students.

Have a Happy 4th of July! Enjoy the fireworks and liquid nitrogen.
